What are MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA and CCIE?

Answered By Cai Einarson, Editor

The abbreviations you have asked were all networking related certification programs. MCP stands for Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA for Microsoft Certified System Analyst, and MCSE for Microsoft Certified System Engineer and MCDBA for Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. CCIE on the other hand stands for Cisco Certified Internet work Expert.
