What are oracle DBA and DBO?

Answered By Cai Einarson, Editor

ODBA or Oracle DBA stands for Oracle Database Administrator. Oracle is a company that develops databases. They also provide certification for that position. There is no DBO. However, there is ODBC a database by Microsoft that connects with Oracle DB. Oracle also has ODP.NET, which is a counterpart of Microsoft’s ODBC.
